Meet Our Founder

Frédéric Canadas possesses French and Canadian teaching certifications, a Master of Arts in Education, a Leadership Certificate issued by the Province of Alberta, and a Post-Graduate Degree (DESS) in multimedia and language acquisition.

As a former Head of School with over four decades of experience in international, multicultural, and multilingual education, Frédéric has served as a speaker, facilitator, board member and workshop leader for educators, board members and school leadership teams. His professional journey has spanned seven countries across four continents, including the United States, Canada and France. He is proficient in English, French and Spanish.

Frédéric's areas of expertise include school governance, strategic planning, leadership and management, accreditation, organizational development, finance, and bilingual education.
